Take a trip to the wild west with this outstanding band set. Your young ensemble will enjoy listening to the unique harmonies and playing the rhythmic melodies that can be found throughout the work. If you think you recognize a melody, there is a good chance you are right because the composer has incorporated three familiar western themes. The work starts out at a bright tempo, has a slower middle section, and comes to a lively close. It is a fun work to play or conduct. To help your students, we have included a demonstration CD, so they can hear their parts in the work. You will also be able to preview other works that you may wish to perform on future concerts.
