Hip-hop artist Outkast had a year filled with awards in 2004. The bass and horn lines from this music are very popular today. We have arranged two of his songs for your beginning band. To help out the low end of your ensemble, we have put the low brass and low woodwinds on the same part. This will help enforce the low sounds. The melodies of these tunes lie in the high woodwinds and high brass, giving all members of your ensemble a chance to play the notes that they have heard time and time again on the radio.

Technical Notes: The percussion 1 part is for drum set. The percussion 2 part is for cabasa and tambourine. The mallet percussion part is for bells and xylophone.
