Composer for and founding member of Mannheim Steamroller, Chip Davis wrote the music to "Fresh Aire", a work based on the life of a raindrop. After numerous rejections from the record companies, Chip marketed the music to high-end stereo and audiophile outlets to use for demonstrating stereo equipment to consumers. The public liked the music so much that the record companies finally took notice, releasing it to an adoring public who sent the album to the top of the charts.
This matching folio to that enormously successful album features all 12 works on the recording in arrangements for solo piano. This is truly beautiful classical music with a contemporary rock flair.
