"Sun Threads" is one of the most beautiful and powerful string quartets that we have heard. It is comprised of four movements, "Eagle At Sunrise", "Invocations", "Fugitive Star" & "Rise Chanting". Each movement is filled with emotion and tells a story. "Eagle At Sunrise" features the cello and is bold, beautiful and dramatic. "Invocations" features the violins and is the most playful movement of this piece. "Fugitive Star" tells the saga of a fugitive star breaking away and "Rise Chanting" depicts a poem by Emily Dickinson. "Sun Threads" will be a nice addition to any concert.
