Jazz legend Gerry Mulligan made the baritone saxophone a famous solo instrument in the jazz idiom. Mulligan brought a somewhat revolutionary light sound to his potentially awkward and brutal horn and played with the speed and dexterity of an alto player. His tone and technique was unmatched. Our DVD video is a two disc set. The fist disc is an audio CD of the album "The Age Of Steam". All of the original tracks are included. The second disc is a DVD video that includes the sheet music for each song on the recording along with a documentary and interviews.
